Dear Ones~
Today's little 3 3/4" square card is for the Make It Monday Challenge over at Papertrey Ink. The challenge was to use the technique called Shadow Die Cuts. Click on the link to see more.
Here's my card:
I used a Papertrey Ink stamp set called The Sweet Life. It's a multiple stamp design where you have two or three stamps that are stamped over each other with different colors for a 3-D effect. Here I used Memento Lulu Lavender and GKD Wild Lilac for the roses, and Memento Pistachio and GKD Fresh Asparagus for the leaves. The greeting is from the GKD stamp set Simple Hearts. I also have dies to go along with the stamps, so I was able to do the Shadow Die Cut technique. The patterned paper is by Graphic 45 in the Secret Garden design. I used Spellbinder Lacy Labels and Classic Circle dies, as well as some Enamel Accents for the black dots on the white circle. Thanks for stopping by - and stay warm my friends.
This is so pretty Judy! I will have to try this technique sometime.
