Dear Ones~
It's been a couple of days since I have been able to get inky in my craft room. Yesterday I traveled to Midland to visit with my Mom & Dad, and my sister. Each visit with them is a treasure. I am so blessed to have my mom and dad still with me.
Today's card will be entered in the Mix It Up Monday Challenge over at StampTV. Click on the link to see what the challenge is.
Here's my card:
I wanted to do something bright and cheery since it so cold and blustery outside. When will it ever end? I had no ribbon that was the right color, so I hand dyed some seam binding with GKD Passionate Pink and Sweet Mango ink. Love how it turned out. For the stamped images I used the rock and roll technique to get some interest in the flowers. The butterfly was sponged with Sweet Mango and Passionate Pink ink.
Here are the supplies I used:
Gina K Designs 120 lb Card Stock in White
Gina K Designs Card Stock in Sweet Mango
Gina K Designs Card Stock in Blue Raspberry
Gina K Designs Stamp Set Simple Flowers
Gina K Designs Stamp Set Stamper's Favorites
Darice Embossing Folder Circle Interlock
Gina K Designs Dye Ink in Passionate Pink & Sweet Mango
Sweet Corn & Sweet Mango

Butterfly is a Martha Stewart Punch
That's it for me today. Thanks for stopping by - and stay warm my friends.
